There are two ATMs onsite, one on the ground floor in the Rollins Studio Theatre lobby, and the other in the Orchestra Lobby. If you need assistance locating an ATM, please ask a Long Center team member and they can help you.

Like most places in Austin, there is no set dress code for attending an event at the Long Center. In most cases, guest attire corresponds to the formality of the specific show; however, we always invite you to dress to your comfort level and come as you are. If you are unsure, please feel free to call the 3M Box Office at (512) 474-5664.

Please ask a volunteer usher for any specific event details when you arrive.

The Long Center offers cocktails, beer, wine, sodas, water, and a variety of light snacks before the show and during intermission. Pre-order your intermission refreshments before the show and enjoy them while overlooking downtown Austin from our H-E-B Terrace.

If you’d like confirmation of our photo policy for a specific event, please ask a volunteer usher when you arrive.
