COVID-19 HEALTH & WELLNESS PROTOCOLS

The safety of our patrons, artists, and staff is always our top priority.   As such, we have implemented the below health and wellness protocols  to allow the community to continue to enjoy live performances and shared creative experiences safely.

Masks:
Masks will be required for all indoor and outdoor events for patrons aged 2 and older, except when actively eating or drinking.

COVID-19 Testing or Proof of Vaccination:
Please check the event page for COVID-19 testing or proof of vaccination requirements, as they may vary per event at the discretion of the performer or event host.

This policy is in accordance with local public health recommendations. We will notify ticket holders of any updates to the policy as the health environment changes, including in Know Before You Go emails and on our website.

Frequently Asked Questions

Seats, bathrooms, and other high-touch surfaces will be thoroughly sanitized before each show. Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the venue for your personal use. Long Center staff are required to wear KN95 masks at all times and frequently wash and sanitize their hands. Additionally, The Long Center is excited to announce that we have completed the installation of UVC lighting in all of our air handler units. This technology has been proven to neutralize viruses, bacteria and other airborne pathogens that may be present in our system. We are also proud to say that our HVAC system uses MERV 13 air filters to further ensure a clean and safe environment for our patrons, performers, and staff.

More information about UVC lighting and its application in HVAC systems can be found here.
