Frequently Asked Questions

Seats, bathrooms, and other high-touch surfaces will be thoroughly sanitized before each show. Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the venue for your personal use. Long Center staff are required to wear KN95 masks at all times and frequently wash and sanitize their hands. Additionally, The Long Center is excited to announce that we have completed the installation of UVC lighting in all of our air handler units. This technology has been proven to neutralize viruses, bacteria and other airborne pathogens that may be present in our system. We are also proud to say that our HVAC system uses MERV 13 air filters to further ensure a clean and safe environment for our patrons, performers, and staff.

More information about UVC lighting and its application in HVAC systems can be found here.
