Actors Marc Pouhé and Helen Merino return to portray the lead roles in William Shakespeare’s grand tragedy Macbeth in a new production. Set in a contemporary African authoritarian country, Macbeth is a cautionary tale of the tragic consequences of unchecked ambition. The epic drama boils with emotion, dark actions and the supernatural resulting in a fever pitch of excitement, death and hope for a brighter future.
