Interested in Volunteering?
It can take as many as 40-50 volunteers to staff a full-house performance in Dell Hall alone, which is why we’re always accepting applications. Long Center volunteers are committed to engaging with our guests. Our Volunteers know that they are an important part of the guest’s overall Long Center experience, and are committed to providing the service in Guest Services.
Volunteer team members set the Austin standard for excellent customer service. If you like people, events and performances we invite you to become a Long Center volunteer!
DO I QUALIFY?
- Must be 18 years of age or older to volunteer
- Ability to stand for long periods of time (2 hours on your feet)
- Ability to see-read small print in low lighting
- Ability to walk up and down stairs without aid
- Ability to volunteer a minimum of two events per month
