This form will help our team to est serve your needs during the rental period. It must be completed and submitted no later than two weeks prior to your on-sale date. Failing to do so could result in the delay of your event on-sale.

Please note, you will need a complete list of your Will Call holds in order to finish this questionnaire.

    See the Schedule of Fees for current per ticket service fees and per order delivery fees.
  • Please note that the pit configuration has a direct impact on total capacity.
  • (Dell Hall Capacity is 2442: Pit 112; Orchestra 530; Parterre 483; Mezzanine 604; Balcony 392; Upper Balcony 273.)
