Join hundreds of fellow music lovers in the incomparable Dell Hall at the Long Center for the Performing Arts for the 11th annual Sonic Guild Ball. Open to the public for the very first time, the Sonic Guild Ball is described as a “real life mix tape”. Get dressed up in your best “Austin chic” from tux and evening gowns to Wranglers and boots and join us at the Ball where you will experience ten local acts and see $150,000 in grants awarded to some of the best up and coming acts in Austin.
Sonic Guild believes our local music is art which deserves the support of the community. Our 11th Sonic Guild Ball, will add to the over $6 million in direct support Sonic Guild has provided to our music scene. Past recipients include Wild Child, Black Pumas, Shakey Graves, Nané, Superfonicos, Tameca Jones and over 180 more bands. Join us Saturday, January 18th and show your love for Austin, Texas and its incredible music! Doors for this event will open at 5:30pm.

What To Expect

  • This is an indoor event.
  • All patrons, regardless of age, require a ticket to attend the performance.
  • Prohibited items include but are not limited to: Outside food or drinks, weapons of any kind including pocket knives, Professional cameras (cameras with detachable lenses), Video cameras, illegal or illicit items of any kind, tents, vending of any kind and soliciting of any kind.
  • Animals and pets are not permitted except for properly identified service animals.
