Ballet Austin’s Rhythm on Stage
This is your opportunity to come dance and experience what it’s like to take center stage inside Dell Hall! That’s right, you could dance on the same stage where Ballet Austin performs! This all-ages activity welcomes the entire family for a free Bollywood Dance class, taught by Rohit Ramachandran, instructor from Ballet Austin’s Butler Center for Dance & Fitness. All ages and experience levels welcome. No dance experience is required. Come dance for the joy of it!
Family Yoga with ATX Yoga Girl
ATX Yoga Girl brings mindful movement to the whole family as a way to connect while having FUN! She specializes in family and children’s yoga, including meditation, mindfulness, and sound healing. Her classes combine storytelling and music to create a playful environment where everyone feels welcomed while weaving in age appropriate breathing practices to practice at home together.
