  • Parking is available at the Palmer Events Center Parking Garage, located at 900 Barton Springs Road.  There are two entrances to the garage, one at Riverside Drive and South First Street near the Long Center’s Circular Drive, and one on Barton Springs Road adjacent to the Palmer Events Center main entrance. 

  • Mobility Impaired/Accessible Parking is available in the Palmer Events Center Parking Garage on all levels near the elevators. Please see the Accessibility section of our website for more information, including drop-off location.

  • Complimentary Garage Parking is available to vehicles with any of the following specialty license plates: Air Force Cross, Distinguished Service Cross, Army Distinguished Service Cross, Navy Cross, Medal of Honor, and Legion of Merit Medal, Purple Heart, Pearl Harbor Survivors, and Prisoners of War (House Bill 618 and City Code Section 12-3-8).

Keller Williams Circular Drive
$20-$40
  • Valet Parking is available for most public events and performances taking place in Dell Hall. Please access the Keller Williams Circular Drive for valet parking drop-off by driving eastbound on Riverside Drive and entering the first drive on your right past the Long Center (please stay in the right hand lane of the Circular Drive). Cash is the only accepted tender at the valet booth.
  • You may also choose to have valet park your vehicle in the Palmer Garage for $20 or on the Keller Williams Circular Drive for a fast exit for $20-$40. Valet pricing is dependent on the event.
The One Texas Center Parking Garage
$8 to $10 (Special Events)
  • The One Texas Parking Garage is located next to the Extended Stay America on the southeast corner of Barton Springs Road and South First Street behind the One Texas Center building. The garage may be accessed by Haywood Avenue (off of Riverside Drive) or the drive off of South First Street. Learn more about the One Texas Center.
Keller Williams Circular Drive
  • 3M Box Office is 15 minute temporary parking is located in our Keller Williams Circular Drive, directly in front of the Long Center. We invite you to park there to pick up your tickets, make a quick drop-off, or inquire about upcoming events.  Please note –  temporary parking is only available when there is not an event taking place. 

    Palmer Events Center and One Texas Center Garages are public parking facilities managed and operated by the City of Austin. Fees for all garages are determined by the City of Austin and are subject to change without notice. Activities in the vicinity of the Long Center including those at Auditorium Shores or public races or rallies may affect access to certain events or performances at the Long Center. Please provide adequate time for access and parking when major public events are occurring in the area.

While finding parking in downtown Austin can be a challenge, finding a transit line that gets you there is easy! It costs less than covered parking and you’ll avoid circling for a spot.

Nearby transit stops: Vic Mathias / Auditorium Shores Station, South 1st/Riverside, South 1st / Barton Springs, and Barton Springs Station.

Taxis & Rideshare

Ridesharing and taxis are great alternatives to driving. Please have your driver drop you off in the loading/unloading zone in the Circular Drive.

Walk

Walking to the Long Center from downtown is easy. Just take Cesar Chavez to the First street bridge. Follow the pedestrian bridge across Town Lake and continue all the way to the front lawn on the Long Center.

Bike

Bicycle parking is always available at the Long Center. As you approach the Long Center Parking Garage from Riverside Drive, there is a bike rack located to the right of the parking garage. Best of all, it’s free!
