TICKETING INFORMATION

If a performance is listed as cancelled, you may choose to donate your tickets to the Long Center as a tax-deductible donation to receive a Long Center Membership. If you would prefer a refund, please submit your request to boxoffice@thelongcenter.org or, if you didn’t buy through our website, your original point of purchase.

If a performance is listed as rescheduled, hold on to your tickets — these are all you need to attend the rescheduled performance. We will alert ticketholders to rescheduled dates as soon as they are announced. If you’re unable to make it, please consider supporting the Long Center by donating your tickets to receive a Long Center Membership. You can also request a refund from boxoffice@thelongcenter.org, or if you didn’t buy through our website, your original point of purchase.

We thank you for understanding that, while we are glad to refund your ticket amount, we must retain the service charges and delivery fees to cover the hard costs associated with each purchase.

SUPPORT

Your support today is more important than ever. As a non-profit arts organization, the Long Center relies on the community we serve. This has never been more true than during this time of event closures as our community works together to reduce the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19). If you have ever been a part of any of our community events, please consider supporting the Long Center so we can continue to serve this community we know and love.
