Experience your Austin Symphony Orchestra through a fresh pilot program, Midday Masterworks. Created for families and other daytime patrons, this performance will feature a shorter one-hour version of the weekend’s Masterworks Series program. Midday Masterworks are perfect for newcomers to the Austin Symphony Orchestra or those who attend Butler Pops Series performances and want to venture out!

This performance will feature Beethoven’s epic 9th Symphony with Grammy award-winners Conspirare Symphonic Choir. 

PLEASE NOTE: These performances are not part of the Masterworks Series. Masterworks Series subscribers who wish to exchange their April or May evening performances to the matinee performances must contact the Austin Symphony Orchestra box office 24 hours prior to their scheduled concert.

About Austin Symphony Orchestra

Founded in 1911, the Austin Symphony Orchestra is Austin’s oldest performing arts group. The ASO offers a complete season of musical and educational programming, including the Masterworks concert series. Programming for the entire family includes the Halloween Children’s Concert, and the Christmas in the Community, as well as the popular James C. Armstrong Youth Educations Programs, which include Children’s Day Art Park, Young People’s Concerts, High School Concert Tour and a variety of other school programs.
