As a true community-owned arts facility, the involvement of our citizens plays a vital part in the success of the Long Center.
In addition to purchasing tickets to performances, arts enthusiasts can support the Long Center by volunteering or making a charitable gift. It takes 65 volunteers to adequately staff a performance, and over $15,000 per day to operate the Long Center. It’s a big job, and we can do it together!

Individual Giving
Your individual contribution supports the Long Center in providing local performing arts organizations with the facilities and services that foster excellence, encourage originality and promote collaboration. The Long Center accepts donations of any size, and donor benefits such as advanced ticket purchase and program recognition begin with donations as low as $125.

Your company’s sponsorship of one or several Long Center Presents productions not only provides the opportunity to promote company products and services to a wide range of performing arts and theater patrons, but also offers an association with one of the premier cultural institutions in the Central Texas region. Legacy Giving

Volunteer at the Long Center
The Long Center thrives on support from the Austin community and appreciates the volunteer efforts of our loyal patrons and donors. Volunteers are needed for a variety of positions including performance ushers, ticket scanners, program distributors, seat locators and more.
