The Austin Symphony Orchestra presents Happy Birthday, Lenny, celebrated Leonard Bernstein’s 100th, October 19 – 20 in Dell Hall.
The Austin Symphony celebrates Leonard Bernstein’s 100th birthday featuring four of some of his biggest pieces. Bring that special someone and hear amazing pieces such as Bernstein’s Suite from Candide, Divertimento for Orchestra, Selections from On the Town and his Symphonic Dances from West Side Story!
Guest vocalists: Ellie Jarrett Shattles, mezzo sorprano; Said Pressley, baritone

About the Austin Symphony Orchestra
Founded in 1911, the Austin Symphony Orchestra is Austin’s oldest performing arts group. The ASO offers a complete season of musical and educational programming, including the Masterworks concert series, the Sarah & Ernest Butler Pops Series, Halloween Children’s Concert, Christmas in the Community, as well as the popular James C. Armstrong Youth Educations Programs.
