Local Craft Beer REAL ALE Pairs Well with Local Food to Support The Arts

By some counts, Austin has over 1,000 mobile food trailers roving the streets or parked on your nearest corner. With this wet spring behind us (hopefully), it’s about time for Austinites to venture back out and enjoy our favorite mobile food establishments the way they were meant to be: in the sunshine!

An annual summer tradition at the Long Center, Trailer Food Tuesdays brings together several local food trucks for a fun, family-friendly afternoon. Complete with spectacular views of downtown Austin and cold beer from local favorite Real Ale Brewing Co, there are few better ways to spend a Tuesday afternoon.

Wash down a taco with the ever-drinkable Firemans #4 Blonde Ale or pair the Four Squared Dry-Hopped Pale Ale with some wings. Whichever your choice, you’ll be supporting local craft beer, local food trailers, and – of course – local arts at the Long Center.

Working in the Texas Hill Country since 1996 from a foundation of time-honored brewing tradition, Real Ale believes minimal processing produces maximum flavor. Learn more about Real Ale and why you can only find their unfiltered and unpasteurized brews in the great Lone Star state on their website, realalebrewing.com.
